Europa General are insurance underwriters for the whole of Northern Ireland . With a long history leading back to the original Lloyds insurance building in London , CCI were privileged to assist with their full building re-furbishment.
Europa's building is stretched across 3 storeys each 300sqm. CCI were employed to re-furbish all 3 storeys and create a new corporate identity within the buildings historic walls. Through the use of careful space planning, varied use of colour and finishes CCI transformed the Europa interior.
Not only was this a challenge for our design team but also for our project managers as the re-fit had to be done whilst the building was occupied by the 45 or so members of staff.
